Pricing

The readiness check is free, with or without an account. The paid steps build on it: close your gaps and keep the evidence (DPDP Remediation), have that evidence reviewed (Verified Assessment), and keep it current (Continuous Assurance). You can stop at any step.

Pricing is still being tested. Paid products are priced while we work with early customers, and some show “Price on request”. Prices may change; the price on your order is the price you pay. Payment is by bank transfer against a GST invoice. This site does not take card or online payments, and nothing renews automatically.

A Verified Assessment needs evidence in the Evidence Room, so it is usually taken with Remediation or Continuous Assurance. Prices exclude GST at 18%.

01How paying works

  1. Create a free account

    Save your readiness check to it.

  2. Place an order

    Choose a product and confirm the billing details at checkout. Nothing is charged on this site.

  3. Pay by bank transfer

    We email a GST invoice with bank details. The order shows Payment Initiated until we receive the money.

  4. The order is marked Paid

    Only after we have checked the payment in our bank account. The plan starts, or the review credit is added, at that moment.

02Questions
What happens when a plan ends?
The account returns to the free plan. Your tasks and evidence are kept, out of use, and come back when you renew. Nothing is deleted unless you close the account.
Can we cancel an order?
Yes, until it is paid, from Payments and orders in your workspace. After payment, refunds are by arrangement and are recorded on the order.
Does a paid product make us compliant?
No product does. They help you close gaps and hold the evidence that you have; whether that meets the law in your circumstances is a question for your lawyer.
Do partners charge separately?
Yes. If you engage a lawyer, security firm or other professional through a partner, you agree their scope and fees with them directly.
